드래곤이란 것은, 동서양이나 모두 존재하는 바이다. 물론, 그 생김새는 꽤 다르다. 동양의 용은 뱀처럼 매우 기다란 형태이고, 서양의 용은 몸체가 거대하고 마치 공룡을 연상시키는 생김새이기 때문이다. 하지만 둘다 마법적인 동물이고, 모든 동물 중에서 가장 위대하다고 여겨진다. 하지만, 이 책에서 나오는 드래곤은 꽤 다르다.
