mom- 2009/11/9 아들아이의 원서 읽기를 독려하기 위해 다소 괴기스러운 미스터리 공포물을 구입했다. 시간만 있으면 읽고 있다. 거기다가 아껴서 꼼꼼히 읽기까지 한다. (에구구~ 140page 정도~ reading level에서 다른 책과 많이 다르지 않거늘 시간이 꽤~~~~) 구입한 것이 잘한 것인지 잘못한 것인지 쬐금 갈등...
수학때문에 쫓기는 아이가 안쓰러워 재미로 읽으라고 구입했는데, 마음이 좀~ 그래도 학교에서 쉬는 시간 읽으라고 튼튼하지 못한 paperback표지때문에 혹 찢어질까 지난 달력을 이용해서 급조한 겉표지를 만들어 아침에 학교 가기 전에 들려주었다. 아껴서 꼼꼼히 읽던지 어쩌든지~~
리뷰 등록하면서 한단 말이 한 권에서 끝난 것이 아니라 속편 형식으로 있는 책이기 때문에 찾아서 구입해야겠다는 말을 툭~ 14살...설마 무서운 꿈정도는 알아서 처리하겠지?;;;;;;;;;;
2009/11/13 스릴러 미스테리 소설인 이 책의 장점은 그 어느 때 원서 읽기보다 꼼꼼히 스스로 좋아서 읽고 있는 점이란다. 사건, 인물까지 작은 정황 하나 놓쳐도 추리할 수 없기에 꼼꼼히 읽을 수 밖에 없단다. 트와일라잇 작가가 쓴 Host 구매한지 꽤 되었었는데, 미스테리 추리물은 역시 재미있다며 그 책도 재미있을 것 같다고 얼른 읽어봐야겠다고 했다. 앞으로 이 작가의 시리즈는 이제 계속 구매해야 하고, 열혈독자가 되겠다는 메세지~~ 엄마는 그래도 이건 이 것대로 괜찮군~하고 사악한 미소를 짓고 있는 중이다~

1권 Revenge Of The Living Dummy (Paperback)
R. L. Stine의 Rotten School을 읽고, 그의 엽기 코믹물이 매우 재미있어서 다른 책들도 찾아보았다. 미스테리하게도, 그는 미스터리와 호러물도 자주 썼던 것이다. 그 중에서도 살아있는 인형과 브리트니의 대결이 펼쳐진다.
Yes, Britney really didn't want to see her cousin, Ethan. He is really horrible, but she agree that he is really a great ventriloquist. And he took a terrify dummy named Mr.Badboy. It's real name is Slappy, and Ethan took this haunted to Britney. He became the slave of this dummy, and that's why he can't control it!
However it was all joke of Ethan. But Britney already made dummy alive by tell him the curse. Maybe it was also a part of Ethan's plan, huh? I'm sure he is really creepy and genius. And Britney removed Slappy from the dummy.
At last, someone gave Britney and her best friend Molly to the Horrorland. They found it was really horrible, and tried to enjoy it. When they checked in, they lost their parents and found Slappy kidnapped them. Oh, it wasn't the end of the war with Slappy. I think I should think of the next story myself.

제2권 creep from the deep
단행본은 판매가 되지 않고 있다. 시리즈만이.... 이번 권은 학교에 들고 다니며 틈틈히 읽었다. 달력표지를 싸서 가지고 갔지만, 내가 읽는 책에 관심을 보이는 아이들이 한 번 보더니 "원서네. 넌 미쳤어."라고 했다. ㅎㅎㅎ;;; 위장용이었냐?"라는 소리도 듣고. 순전히 paperback보호용이었는데ㅋ 문학소년으로 반에서 불리고 있는데, 싫지 않은 별명이다.
구스범스 호러랜드, 제 2권. 다행히도 1권에서 슬래피에게 납치된 브리트니 부모님의 이야기는 빌리와 그들의 만남으로 계속 이어졌다. 빌리는 이번에 바닷속 깊은 곳에서, 죽은 해적의 영혼을 만나게 된다. 과연 그는 그를 다시 잠재우고, 이 바다의 세계를 탈출할 수 있을까?
The Pirate of captain was death in the midst of the ocean, and the all pirates were became ghost in the water. Sheena, who is Billy's little sister is really good and swim, and Billy also do. They had curious about deep in the ocean, and they swam onto it. Yes, all they found was about the death pirate, and they woke them up!
They could almost die, but they fortunately escape from them. It was really a big adventure, and they also invited from horrorland. I think it's a place where invite brave children who saw the real ghost. Billy invited to horrorland about water scare, and he found Molly and Britney who were finding their parents. They hadn't worry about them, but they lost them in the sand. And they heard the chant of the pirates; so they took them away from the beach! He have to find them and save.
