This book kind of confirms what I already felt.. for example excessive dieting...like 2-3 hours of workouts 3 times a week or no-carb diets are not healthy...better to change your life style....

but what's really great about this book is the writer gives you solid recipes and menus, examples of success stories..

I guest the real work is sticking to the changes for 3 months minimum

I'm trying this today and hope for results in 3 months

I couldn't put the book down.. definitely the Amber Spyglass is the best of the triology.

Lyra and Will grow up... fulfill their destiny....go to the land of the dead....preserve Dust and get out on another adventure.

There are moments where it's so heartbreaking to continue and moments of surprise and wonder.

Never underestimate or overestimate anything and always open your heart and soul.

the plot thickens

The story becomes more interesting...the story itself is really very deep...about consciousness(or dust)

how humans are humans...Eve...serpent...

The second book mostly deals with Will and Lyra...Lord Asriel and Mrs. Coulter's role is minimum..both preparing for war...setting up armies..

The last part was really exciting about Will and his father

I'm really looking forward to the last of the trilogy
