This book kind of confirms what I already felt.. for example excessive dieting...like 2-3 hours of workouts 3 times a week or no-carb diets are not healthy...better to change your life style....
but what's really great about this book is the writer gives you solid recipes and menus, examples of success stories..
I guest the real work is sticking to the changes for 3 months minimum
I'm trying this today and hope for results in 3 months
