팔자는 기구해도 음악은 유쾌하다..
혼성 5인조 그룹인 "시저 시스터즈"는 파란만장한 과거를 가지고 있다.
5명의 멤버 중 게이가 4명...아마 추측하건데 여성멤버가 하나 있으므로 남자 4명은 죄다 게이라는
이야기...
헉 설마 제일 오른쪽 아저씨도 게이란 말입니까??
밑바닥부터 들고 일어난 전형적인 케이스...돈을 벌고 먹고 살기 위해 퇴폐적인 일거리를 찾아
떠돌아 다닌 것부터...외모와는 다르게 상당한 화려한(?)과거를 가지고 있는 밴드이지만....
그들이 추구하는 음악만큼은 이상하리만큼 자신들의 현실과는 정반대의 모습을 보여주고
있다. 아울러 미국밴드임에도 불구하고 미국에서보다는 영국에서 최고의 인기를 구가하고
있는 묘한 상황까지 겹쳐지고 있다고 한다.
위의 곡은 뮤지션 게이계의 대부 라고 생각되어지는 "엘튼 존"이 피아노를 직접 쳐줬다고
해서 화제가 되기도 했다고 한다.
그냥...촐싹거리면서 춤추고 싶을 때 들으면 딱.! 인 노래가 아닌가 싶다..
