<The Railway Children> stars ; ★★★☆ library book
Easy English & easy story (Elementary school 5th grade, easy), but there is a calm and deep feeling.
I have had an elementary school friend, who lived at house just next to railway. I was embarrassed by the noise of train at first visit. I could have reached the running train when I had stretched my hand. (Hyperbole? Of course!)
That situation represented poverty in retrospect.
I don't expect the reversal(? not at plot, but of metaphorical expression). The story don't say what newspaper says at last scene.
* Add unnecessary comments ; There is all to be necessary to study English. The remained is studying English.
