This book is hilarious! 

you kind of expect the ending but the revelations of the heroine are pretty relatable 

the part where Jordan gets amensia twice is just hilarious!! 

THis would make a great romantic comedy film

Basically the book stems from Simon and Garfunkel's song Scarborough Fair. 

I listened to the song on Youtube and it is quite sad and scary!  

I'm not really fond of the idea of Elfin Knight and sacrificing young women but I do like the part where Lucy and her family solve the impossible quest. 

Great booK!

It has everything I love in a story....superpowers, love, adventure, twists, great protagonist 

This story takes place in a land of 7 kingdoms. There are gifted peole called Gracelings who have different eye colors who are graced with special gifts. Katsa, who as the grace of killing, or so she thinks, learns she has the power to decide her fate and can control her abilities.  

The story is filled with plots and schemes. The part where Katsa and Bitterblue's climb across Grella's Pass is quite detailed but its the highlight of the whole book. And Po and Katsa's love story is also divine!
