We can't get all. I can get one thing, losing another. I have to return one quality or aspect of something, gaining another quality or aspect. More colloquially, if one thing increases, some other thing must decrease.
The Furry Eyefulls gave up some part of seeing in return for gaining hearing.
My question ; Is it better seeing & hearing than only seeing?
The higher a bird flies, the farther it sees. And a bird flying low sees in detail.
They became less grouch. Is this good in its own way?
