지는 잎
우리를 사랑하는 긴 잎새들 위에 가을이 왔네,
보릿단 속에 든 새앙쥐에게도.
머리 위 산가막나무 잎새는 노랗게 물들었네.
사랑이 시드는 시절이 닥쳐와
이제 우리의 서러운 혼들은 지치고 피곤하네.
우리 헤어지자, 열정의 계절이 우리를 잊기 전에
그대 수그린 이마에 입맞춤 하나 눈물 한 방울 남기고.
The Falling of the Leaves
Autumn is over the long leaves that love us,
And over the mice in the barley sheaves;
Yellow the leaves of the rowan above us,
And yellow the wet wild-strawberry leaves.
The hour of the waning of love has beset us,
And weary and worn are our sad souls now;
Let us part, ere the season of passion forget us,
With a kiss and a tear on thy drooping brow.
