In my family, there is a soccer fan and a couple baseball fans. The soccer fan is me and the baseball fans are my father and brother. I usually get into arguments with them on which is the better sport. I strongly believe that soccer is better than baseball. I find that, Baseball games are too long to completely concentrate on the game. Also the game's results are dependent on the pitcher's ability and when we need a great deal of equipment to play baseball.
First, a baseball game-time is too long to concentrate on the whole game. A game's time often passes 3hours, and sometimes it can go longer than 4 hours. A soccer game time is only 110minutes, including the break time. When I go to a baseball game, I can see many spectators go back home before the game ends. My brother always watches Hanwha's games. He wants to watch the whole game, so he can't study enough. It is too long to enjoy. However, soccer is short enough to enjoy the whole game. Since baseball game is too long, soccer is better than baseball.
Second, a baseball game's result is controled by the pitcher's ability. Because the pitcher can prevent opposing team from scoring. The other player's role is comparatively low. If the pitcher play's poorly, the team will lose the game even if everyone is batting well. Soccer, on the other hands, is a masterpiece made by all eleven players. A good player can change the current, quality and result of the game, but a bad player can't change the result. Since baseball depends too much on a pitcher, Soccer is better than baseball.
Last, we need only a ball to play soccer, but we need bat, glove, small hard ball and hat when we play baseball. Soccer needs just a round ball, so everybody can enjoy this sport anywhere. This is why, soccer is played around the world. However, we have to bring equipment to play baseball. We need at least four things to play baseball. Thus, there are a few countries where baseball is famous. Since we can enjoy soccer without special equipment, soccer is better than baseball.
Many can enjoy soccer without a big burden; either playing or watching. That is why I like soccer and I enjoy soccer. Soccer is the best sport for me, surely it is better than baseball.
