I can dare say that I have never seen a book which author insists "please read something else" other than his book. When I saw the cover for the first time, I thought it was just for kid but soon after I start reading it I knew that my first impression on this book was wrong.
Content of the book is so mature and sad and I cannot help but have deep compassion for the Baudelaire children. Their way stand up to the misfortunes makes me think back of my past.
