There isn‘t a set number of times you must deny a particular sin in order to ensure
the temptation will disappear once and for all. - P123

Saul, on the otherhand, when faced with a hopeless situation, responds to his fears bygoing against God‘s commands and even undoing his previous efforts toremove all mediums and spiritists. - P136
Despite his faults, David has formeda habit of seeking the Lord in every difficulty. - P136
Saul is more desperate toeliminate his fears than to seek God‘s guidance. - P136
When there seems tobe no way out of our problems, let us set our hearts and minds to seekthe Lord, knowing that true comfort and deliverance are found in Him. - P136
