but let us stand our ground. God will surely receive our devotion as apleasing sacrifice and reward us in due time. - P86

The king blindly grants Haman‘s request, effectively decreeing a nation-wide genocide. - P86
Yet, God is at work planning and executingour deliverance even when we may not understand all His ways. - P86
Let us fast from social media this day, so
that rather than be influenced by those
who vie for the world‘s applause, we, like Mordecai, might be guided by the HolySpirit of God. - P87
