Out of the 34,600 Christians in Libya, only around 150 believers are local believers; the restare migrant workers. Because Libya has no central government, there is no legal protectionfor Christians, which makes them even more vulnerable to direct persecution. Kidnappingsand executions are condoned by Muslim extremist groups. Pray for God to strengthen andencourage His people and for the gospel to spread among the Libyans.
