오늘의 영어유머 (우화 한 가지)
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day.
A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him,
"Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?"
The crow answered: "Sure, why not."
So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.
All of a sudden a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
(Moral of story :
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up)

까마귀 한 마리가 나무 위에 앉아 하루 종일 빈둥거리고 있었다.
그것을 보고 있던 작은 토끼가 물었다.
"까마귀야, 나도 너처럼 그렇게 아무 일도 안 하고 하루 종일 빈둥거려도 될까?"
까마귀는 "물론이지. 안 될 것 없잖아" 라고 대답했다.
그래서 토끼는 까마귀가 있는 그 나무 밑에 앉아서 쉬었다.
그런데 별안간 어디선가 여우가 나타나서 토끼를 덮쳐 그만 먹어치워버렸다.
이 이야기가 주는 교훈:
아무일 하지 않고 빈둥거리며 지내려면 아주 높은 자리에 앉아 있어야 한다.
