중요한 것 몇가지
- 수면시간은 타고난 것이니 함부로 줄이지 마라.
- 정 어쩔 수 없다면 초기 90분을 잘자라.
- 체온관리, 뇌 스위치가 키워드다. (체온 관리는 입욕이 최고. 족욕도 대안. 수면양말은 발을 따뜻하게 하다가 자기 전엔 벗어야 함 / 결국 뇌를 쉬게 하자)
- 수면만큼 각성도 중요하다.(각성기법은 크게 놀랍지 않았다)
- 수면학자의 마지막 당부는 수면을 줄여가며 일하지 말라는 것.
