20Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek. - P53
21The chief priests of the Jews protested to Pilate, "Do not write ‘The King of the Jews,’ but that this man claimed to be king of the Jews."
22Pilate answered, "What I have written, I have written." - P53
But once Jesus changes someone’s life, the self no longer sits on the throne. Jesus is now the ruler and everything in the believer’s life bows to Him. - P54
When Jesus is king over your life, He can save you even from the pressures of your old nature. - P54
Taking up your cross and following Christ may requirerelinquishing desires, dreams, or goals that conflict with God‘s will for life. However, the rewards you will receive far outweigh the suffering. - P54
And Jesus does not leave you to carry your cross alone. As you follow Him, Hewill supply the strength that you need. - P54
