40So when the Samaritans came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he stayed two days.

41And because of his words many more became believers.

42They said to the woman, "We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world."

The woman shares her experience with the towns-people, inviting them to meet Jesus. Many believe in Him because of hertestimony, and upon hearing Him, they declare Him the Savior of the world. - P75

Prayer, Scripture reading, and gathering with fellow believers teach us tolearn and practice what is included in God‘s will for us: loving Him and loving others.  - P77

Our decision to love God and love others is of great importanceto the Lord. Therefore, it is important that we seek to better understandGod‘s heart by reading the Bible, praying, and fellowshipping with others.
Doing these things strengthens us to further understand who God is, acknowledge His presence in our lives, and deepen our trust in Him. - P77

Although such practices do not save us, they help us to live out God‘s will.
They remind us that Jesus is the ultimate sustainer of our lives. As He declared, "I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry,
and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty" (John 6:35).  - P77

Just as we rely on food and drink to sustain our physical bodies, we depend on Jesus Himself to sustain our entire well-being. - P77

. I want to actively share Your work in my life with others. Give me opportunities to do so and the right words to speak. In Jesus’ name, amen. - P77
