God‘s people are described as those whoutter wisdom and speak words of justice, while evil people are bent onviolence. This contrast reveals the core distinction between the righteous and the wicked:
the righteous have God‘s law hidden in theirhearts and act accordingly, but the hearts of the wicked are consumedwith hatred toward God and His people. - P32
Whatever is in our hearts willdetermine our words and actions, so let us meditate on God‘s Word dayand night so that it fills our hearts. It is our guide for a righteous lifethat pleases the Lord. - P32

Evil people may appear to prosperin the short term, but God will ensure that there is just and completeretribution for their wicked deeds. - P32
The righteous, on the other hand,
rely on the Lord‘s strength in times of trouble, and He is faithful to deliver them and give them a future. - P32
We can take hold of these promisesand blessings today, not because we are blameless in our own right, butbecause God has clothed us with the righteousness of Jesus Christ whoprotects us and saves us for His glory. - P32
Dear God, You have given me all the promises I need for an abundant life ofjoy and security. - P32
