요즘은 정말 영어가 대세인 시대죠?

우리딸 워니는 지금 25개월인 여아랍니다.
엄마인 제가 영어선생님이였기때문에

③ 아이들의 눈을 사로 잡는 듯한 컬러풀한 3D캐릭터가 눈에 띄어요.
(첨에 너무 눈이 부시다고 느낄정도로 색감이 강한대신에 아이는 눈을 떼지 않고 계속 보네요.
아마 일반 에니메이션과 같은 스토리 진행이 아니라서인지 시간이 지날수록 캐릭터가 친근한 선생님이 되어있답니다.)
④ 처음 시작할때부터 강하게 나오는 음악이 너무나 신이나서 한곡한곡 신경을 쓴것 같은 느낌이 많이 들었답니다.
⑤ 기본 영어에 필요한 phonics,letter, story telling까지 다양한 분야의 영어학습을 고루 할수 있게 짜여져 있어요.
⑥ 발음이 정확하게 잘 들려서 아이들도 쉽게 언어를 따라할수 있을것 같았답니다.

알파벳이 A 부터 Z 까지 나오면서
재밌는 캐릭터의 아저씨가 나와서 그 알파벳을 가진 단어를 여럿 소개해준답니다.
그러면서 스토리가 진행되어가고, 그 알파벳에 해당되는 단어를 소개시켜주면서 동시에
음악으로 할수 있는 율동들을 할수 있게되죠^^
아이들이 영어와 함께 체육을 할수 있는 큰 장점이 있네요.ㅎㅎ
울딸은 첫날에는 정말 앉아서 여느 DVD를 보듯이 얌전히 있더니,
어느순간 부터는 나오는 캐릭터를 따라서 말도 하고, 율동도 한답니다.
아마 조만간에 크게 대박이 될 것 같은 조짐이 보이는 DVD네요^^

Now rock to the alphabet A to Z, and exercise along with me.
Let's jog to the capital letters.

Now let's jog through the lowercase letters.

I see a capital A, and a lowercase a. A is for active, so move around with me.
Active means we're moving, so active we will be.
Stretch way up high, up on your toes. Then touch those tows, reach way down low.
Stand up again, and stretch your sides.
Now we're ready to exercise.
Stretch, up, down, touch your toes, stand up, stretch your side, now the other side.
We are being active, hey!
Active starts with the letter A!
B
Look at the capital B, and the lowercase b.
B is for bicycle, but let's lie down.
And bicycle with by feet while upside down. Here we go!
Make your feet go up and down, and pretend those pedals are going round.
You did really great just now. So stand right up and take a bow.
Bow and bicycle start with B. Now let's move on to the letter C.
C
These are Capital C, and the lowercase c.
C is for circles. Let's make them in the air, with both our hands.
Which direction? I don't care.
Let's make big circles. Faster.

I spy with my little eye, something that begins with the letter I.
Isometric exercise.
Isometric means we don't move. Press your hands together.

These are capital M, and the lowercase m.
M is for move to keep on having fun.

Q is for quick. Move quickly just like this.
I open up my hands, and then I make a fist.

There's a capital R, and a lowercase r.
R is for run, now let's run in place.
I like to run to an imaginary place.

We had so much fun so far. Run and rainbow start with R.
S
Do you see the capital S? And the lowercase s?
S is for spin, so let's get busy.
Then spin the other way, so we don't get to busy.
Now spin this way for a while.
Spin the other way with the great big smile.
Now stop for a while and take deep breath.

T
Here's a capital T, and the lowercase t.
T is for twist. Here's how to do. A top and bottom twisting move.
Twist up high from side to side.
Twist down low and stay in time.

U is for uniform like a baseball player wears.
Pretend to bat a baseball up in to the air.

You can jump and make an X with your body.

Y is for yawn.
So, yawn along with me. We’ll exercise our faces. It’s funny as can be.

Z is for zebra, and they can also prance.
Down on of horse. I think I like this dance.

Now, after people yawn, they sometimes get some Z's.
The last of our letters can also mean to sleep.
