Adam was walking around the Garden of Eden feeling very lonely.

God asked Adam what was wrong.

Adam said he didn't have anyone to talk to so God decided he would give him a companion, and it would be a woman.

God told Adam that the woman would cook for him, wash his clothes, and always agree with every decision he made.

She would bear his children  and never ask him to get up in the middle of the night to take care of  them.  

She would not nag him, and would always be the first to admit she was wrong during a disagreement.  

She would never have a headache, and would freely give him love and compassion whenever needed.

Adam asked God what a woman like this would cost him?  

God told him, "An arm and a leg." Adam replied,
"What can I get for just a rib"?

The rest is history...

아담이 쓸쓸함을 느끼며 에덴동산을 거닐고 있었다. 신이 그를 보고 무엇이
문제인지 물었다. 아담이 말을 건넬 사람이 아무도 없다라고 말하자

신은 그에게 여자친구를 만들어 주기로 결정했다.

신은 아담에게 너를 위해서 요리를 해주고, 빨래해주고,항상 네가 결정하는 계획에 대하여

동의하며, 너의 아이들을 잉태하며 한밤중에 아기들을 돌보라고 깨우지도 않을 것이며,

짜증부리지도 않고, 서로 문제가 있을때마다 자신이 잘못했다고 먼저 인정하고,

결코 머리가 아프지 않을 것이며 네가 같이 자고싶을때마다 잘 수 있는 그러한 여자를 만들어 줄것이라고 말했다.

이에 아담이 이러한 여자를 얻는데 희생해야 하는것이 무엇인지 신에게 물었다.

신은 "팔 하나와 다리 하나"라고 말했다.

아담이 대답하기를 "그럼 갈비뼈 하나로는 어떠한 여자를 얻을 수 있나요?"

그 다음 이야기는 여러분이 아는것과 같다.
