Every day, take at least 5 to 10 minutes to slow down. Pause for a moment, and take a deep breath. As you breathe out,
imagine you are releasing all the toxic thoughts and energy
from your body. You can also do your own version of quiet
prayer or meditation. My recommendation is that you take time
to have a conversation with your 97-year-old self, and expand
on all yourbest qualities.
The difference you‘ll make by taking a few minutes to slow
down will be significant. People who stay focused, connected
to their values, and continuously show excellent performance
in every area of their lives always take their own time to prime
