* This is my son’s review for ’The Titan’s Curse/Book 3.’
(1) About this book.
Rick Riordan, 312 pages, Fantasy fiction
(2) When and where the story takes place. Also choose one important character from this book.
This story takes place in a place called Camp Half-Blood. Percy Jackson is a very important character because he is the main character. He is a son of Poseidon. He is fifteen years old. He can breathe underwater and talk to animals. His best friend is a Satre.
(3) Briefly summarize the main events of the story.
In the beginning of the story, Thailia, Percy and Annabeth go to Westover Hall to meet the two new halfbloods that Grover discovered. But then, a guy named Dr. Thorn ambushes them and captures one of the two half bloods. But then, Annabeth jumps on Dr. Thorn’s back and Dr. Thorn was pushed of a cliff with Annabeth still on top of him. In the middle of the story, Percy meets Artemis and Apolla, the god and goddess of hunting. Then, Artemis goes to track down Atlas. Meanwhile, Percy, Zoe, Anmabeth and Bianca go on a quest. Then they fight Atlas and find Artemis. When it looked like they were going to lose Percy and Zoe force Atlas back into his place. In the end, Percy and Annabeth go back to Camp Half-Blood.
(4) On a scale of one to five, how would I compare this book to others I have read?
'5.' I would strongly recommend this book. Also, I like this book because it includes Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Ares, Athena, Ciree, Medusa, and all those gods and creatures.
