독일이 먼저 개발할까봐 핵폭탄 개발을 서두르라고 루즈벨트 대통령에게 편지를 썻던 아인슈타인도, 핵폭탄을 개발했던 과학자들도, 그리고 많은 자국 군인의 희생을 막으려고 실제로 일본에 터트렸던 트루먼 대통령도, 그 누구도 잘못된 결정을 내리지는 않았을 겁니다.
하지만 그러므로써 우리 인류는 벼랑끝으로 점점 몰려가고 있다고 생각됩니다.
(물론 그덕에 대한민국은 독립하게 되었지만요...)
제가 생각하기에 우리가 가장 먼저 의심해야 할 것은 "나는 옳다" 라는 전제(명제)라고 생각합니다.
오사마 빈 라덴을 미국에서는 테러리스트라고 생각하겠지만, 이슬람 국민들은 무조건 이스라엘 편만만드는 (더 정확히는 유태인들에게 끌려다니는) 미국에 응징한 영웅이겠지요.
우리가 인공위성을 쏘면 우주 강대국이 되고, 북한이 생존을 위해 인공위성을 쏘면 핵미사일을 개발하는 불량국가가 되고요.
물론 김일성 일가가 스스로를 우상화해서 북한 인민들을 모두 바보로 만들었지만, 제가 김정일이라면 저도 역시 다른 대안을 찾기가 쉽지 않았을 겁니다.
지금은 상대편 입장에서 생각해보는 '역지사지(易地思之)'의 지혜가 필요한 때라고 생각합니다.
신(神)께서는 이렇게 표현하시는 군요,

Probably, I guess, None of them made a wrong decision.
But thereof, I guess, all humanity is being dragged to the brink a step

I think the very first thing we should doubt is the Premise(Proposition),
"I Am Right."
The American may think Osama Bin Laden to be a terrorist, but Islam People
might think him to be a Hero who revenged U.S. which always took side with
Israel (more specifically, always being pulled by the Jew).
If we (South Korea) blast off satellite, we become a Cosmic Power Nation
whereas if they (North Korea) shoot missile (satellite) in order to survive,
they become an Untouchable Rogue Nation developing nuclear missile.
Of course, the clan of Kim IL Sung family idolized itself so much that every
North Korean People had to become a fool.
But if I were Kim Jong IL ... I
guess, I was not able to find alternatives but to follow his footprint.
I guess this cul-de-sac requires us that we should put ourselves in another's
shoes.
