Strange story with a detestable, or at least unsympathetic, main character. I‘ve heard about adult gap year but in this book the main character takes a full break, not only from work but also from doing daily routine like taking a bath or doing laundry, basically taking a break from life itself. No one in real life would have encouraged this kind of thinking so I was a bit concerned when I found that I have similar thoughts with the character.
