미생물들도 자세히 들여다보면 참으로 무서운 존재들이다. 그리고 우리가 알아야 할 사실은, 이 작고 연약한 생물들이 우리의 선조이며, 그리고 막상 그 힘을 알았을 때에는 결코 작고 연약하지 않다는 사실을 알게 될 것이다. 예를 들어, 지구에 아주 거대한 생물체가 나타났다고 해보자. 그 개체수가 매우 적을 때에는, 아마도 인간은 어떤 방법을 써서라도 이들을 모두 죽이고 말 것이다. 미생물들은, 상상할 수 없을 만큼 숫자가 많고, 또 이들은 지구가 파멸의 위기에 놓여도 가장 살아남을 가능성이 높은 존재들이다.
So, this mocroscopic monsters can attack you in many ways. You must know that bacterias are in these, too. They can carry viruses and make you itchy. If you want to find them, and take some samples from your bed sheet and look on microscope. You can find a big tick there. So, these are the small monsters eating tiny pieces comes out from your body.
They can survive in many temperatures, too. They are even found in North or South pole, and hot springs. Yes, it proves that they can survive in any environment. We can remove most of them by boiling or freezing, but there must be something that will survive.
These micro monsters must be interesting animals. I hope I would find more monsters hiding in our life.
